You can change the name of the return types that are available in the customer portal. The name of the return type is how your customer will see the available options.
To translate the return type name go to the Return type settings in the agent portal and select the actions button.
Here you can edit the return type name by filling in the input field next to “company name” than click on update to save your changes. You can switch languages by clicking on the dropdownmenu next to language (the green approval sign with the text “set language” means there is a translation for that language active)
Your customers will see the following as we saved the return type name as “ita” for Italian. Return type name now is called “ita” when we switch the language to Italian.
