To access the “Returns authorization” click the button in the top menu.
Once “Returns authorization” is enabled your customer will be able to submit return requests. These will appear in the “to be approved” tab.
You can “Reject” a request with the “Actions Button” under the Actions column.
You can reject the complete return and enter a reject reason code. The reason code will be communicated to the customer via the customer portal (return details in returns overview) and with a reject email (if set up).
