You can find the users menu under “Users” and by selecting “Users” from the dropdown menu.
Customers are users who have either created a user in the customer portal or users for whom you have created a login from this page.
Customers differ from Authorized account users, in that they are under your companies’ direct control.
Users come in three types.
- Merchant Users
- Authorized Users
You can create new customer users using the “Create customer” Button. This button will open a new window where you can enter all relevant information.
|Prefix||Yes||Select one of the options for the preferred prefix of this user|
|First Name||Yes||Enter the first name of this user.|
|Last Name||Yes||Enter the last name (surname) of this user.|
|E-mail address||Yes||The email address used to communicate with this user. Please make sure this is a valid address or the user will not be able to log in or receive messages.|
|Type||Yes||Enter the users type. Merchant users are the only ones with access to the administrative portal.|
|Account||Yes||If the user is a authorized account user you can change the account the user belongs to. For Merchant Users this should be your own account.|
|Role||Yes||Roles are explained their own section. You can change the users role based on the available roles you have created.|
