Bookings are available when the shipment option is a pickup and booking is supported by the carrier (e.g. DHL Express).
Two options exist:
- Automated approval: the customer will directly create the pickup booking as soon as they complete the returns registration.
- Manual approval: after approval of the return the customer will receive an email asking them to go back to the portal to create a pickup booking.
The request for making a booking is visible in the customer portal.
