Sometimes you need to manually create a return for a customer. To do so you can use our “Create” option in the admin portal.
Under “Returns Authorisation” or “Returns” you can find the “create” button. This button will start the return creation process in the admin portal.
From the admin portal you will login to the customer portal under the account credentials of the selected customer. In the customer portal you can create the return in the same way the customer would.
If you have manual approval activated you will have to approve the return in the admin portal.
