Email profiles are your to-go method for the configuration of various email settings. They allow you to configure the technical aspect of emails to be sent from different servers and with various parameters / receiving parties. You can create email profiles separate from your email templates or email configuration, and use them where you deem necessary. If no email profile is configured, the system will use the default email configuration to send emails.
This means that if you dont want to use email profiles, your emails will still arrive just fine where and when you need them.
Creating a profile
You can create, update, delete and view your email profiles. By default only 1 email profile enabled, depending on your licence you can have more than one enabled. Please contact support to enable the configuration multiple email profiles.
