To access the “Returns authorization” click the button in the top menu.
Once “Returns authorization” is enabled your customer will be able to submit return requests. These will appear in the “to be approved” tab.
You can “partial Reject” a request with the “Actions Button” under the Actions column. Select "Edit and Approve" and open the line that you wish to reject and remove from the return.
You can partial reject the return and enter a reject reason code. The reason code will be communicated to the customer via the customer portal (return details in returns overview) and with a reject email (if set up).
When you have rejected a product, it shows up in the overview of the return as a rejected item. You can continue the return as normal through the authorization process. The products that are rejected will, once the return has been authorized, no longer be visible or available during the returns process.
