Next, you can define all settings under a portal. By default, you will have one customer portal set up. If you use multiple portals you can define the specific setup per portal.
In the Update page you can set up:
- Portal details
- Single sign-on
- Logo and background image: please make sure that you upload logos in the right dimensions.
- Countries: these are the countries from where you accept returns. By default, we have selected all countries that have been selected in the Account Settings. Please deselect the countries that are not applicable to this portal.
- Languages: these are the languages that are supported in the customer portal. By default, we have selected all languages that have been selected in the Account Settings. Keep in mind that for every language you select, you also need to translate contents such as Surveys, Email Templates, and Service Tasks. Please deselect the languages that are not applicable to this portal.
