Surveys are a useful feature to ask questions to your customer while he or she is creating a return in the customer portal.
You can set up surveys at 2 different levels:
- Product group (these surveys are asked for each product that has been registered)
- Return type (these surveys are asked for the entire return)
Product questions can be linked to product return groups under a return type. Return questions can be linked to a return type. If questions have been linked, the link button turns red. The button is or turns green if the question is not linked.
Under surveys, multiple questions can be set up. You can:
- select the question type (add question)
- enter the answer values
- define multi-language questions
- define the sequence of the questions (drag and drop)
