Customer accounts (consumers) are regular end-user accounts that are allowed to create returns in the Advanced self-service module.
Customer accounts can be created in 2 ways:
By the customer:
Customers can create an account in the Advanced self-service module if this function is enabled. Based on settings, the account is approved automatically or needs to be approved by an agent in the service module. In both cases, the customer receives an email when the account has been approved.
By an agent:
Agents can create a customer account in the service module. When the account has been created and approved, the customer receives an email when the account has been approved.
